We systematically carried out the promotion of corporate culture and the compilation of cultural manuals in stages. In the first stage, we completed a full-level survey. In the second stage, we gathered the collective wisdom of all employees, sorted out and upgraded the cultural system, and compiled and printed the "Corporate Culture Manual". The manual not only shows the profound cultural accumulation and fruitful cultural achievements of China National Building Materials Group, but more importantly, it clearly answers the three questions of who I am, where I am, and how I do it.
