Xu Yongmo made an important speech. He pointed out that 2021 is the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan, and it is also an important turning point for the calcium silicate cement board industry. The development of the industry has reached a new node: first, the market is in a double cycle of the domestic market and the international market; Second, the industry is facing the important task of safety, environmental protection and high-quality development. Third, the construction industry we serve is in the process of new industrialization focusing on assembly; fourth, green, low-carbon and intelligent is the next development direction of the manufacturing industry. This year's industry annual meeting is defined as a technology exchange conference, and technological innovation must follow demand and problems. First, calcium silicate cement board, as a board product, can be compared with standard gypsum board, flat glass, ceramic board, wood MDF, etc. in the building materials industry. These products are better and more mature than us, providing us with a benchmark. Second, the current industrial scale of calcium silicate cement board industry is not large, compared with the current development speed and volume of our country, we have many competitors in the application fields with similar functions of building materials products; third, the industry scale is not large, the growth of enterprises is slow, the industrial concentration is low, the lack of leading enterprises, and the industry development thinking is outdated.

At the same time, Xu Yongmo listed the development potential and advantages of calcium silicate cement board. 1. as a basic building material, calcium silicate cement board is one of the few mature products and complete sets of technical equipment in the industry, and has successfully developed overseas. Therefore, under the strategic background of "the belt and road initiative", calcium silicate cement board industry has great potential for future development. 2. substrate has designability, workability and compoundability, and has great development potential. High 3. strength and good durability are the advantages of calcium silicate cement board, to continue to develop in the direction of ultra-thin, ultra-light, and ultra-thick, expand downstream applications, and change from simply selling products to service-oriented and one-stop solutions.

As a fiber cement product, calcium silicate cement board began to be researched and produced in China in the early 1980 s. After more than 30 years of development, calcium silicate cement board is favored by the market for its superior performance such as energy saving and environmental protection, light weight and high strength, moisture proof and fire prevention. The industry is developing rapidly, the production capacity is increasing year by year, the technology is constantly improving, and the application field is constantly expanding. Especially in recent years, there has been a blowout development. At present, there are more than 160 production enterprises and more than 200 production lines in China, with an annual production capacity of more than 1 billion square meters. With the rapid development of my country's construction industry and building decoration industry, China is now a major producer, consumer and exporter of calcium silicate cement boards in the world. Calcium silicate cement board production lines with independent intellectual property rights are also exported to Southeast Asia and some European countries. Fiber cement products have become an important part of China's cement products industry.
