New project to create a green factory

In the field of waste heat power generation, Sinoma Energy Conservation is a well-deserved pioneer and leader! Up to now, Sinoma Energy Conservation has undertaken more than 400 power stations in the form of engineering design or general contracting, with a total installed capacity of more than 3600 MW, with a domestic market share of about 30%, a foreign market share of about 50%, and a domestic and foreign market share. Both rank first in the industry. In addition to the cement industry, about 20 waste heat power generation systems are configured in the steel, glass, carbon, dry quenching and ferrosilicon industries. In addition to the development of industrial energy-saving waste heat utilization projects, we have increased R & D and investment in the utilization of clean energy such as biomass power generation, photovoltaic power generation and geothermal energy, and signed and implemented a number of typical projects. The waste heat power generation project put into operation has an annual power generation capacity of 6.08 billion kWh, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 5.393 million tons, equivalent to 2.163 million tons of coal. Sinoma Energy Conservation has always practiced the concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains", continuously strengthened the environmental management of the project, built a green factory, realized the harmonious coexistence of the project factory and nature, and made the sky bluer, the mountains greener and the water clearer.

Sinoma Energy Saving takes the pulse of green development, takes serving the high-end and intelligent transformation and upgrading of the equipment industry of China Building Materials Group as an important development goal, and is committed to building green energy-saving and environmental protection equipment. Among them, the research and development and manufacturing of high-tech environmental protection and energy-saving boilers are the core, with an annual production capacity of 30000 tons of boilers and 5000 tons of pressure vessels. Its research and development and manufacturing capacity of characteristic boilers and sludge drying treatment equipment such as municipal solid waste incineration, biomass incineration and pure low-temperature waste heat power generation is at the leading level in China. Calcium silicate board is an excellent material for green buildings. It has superior characteristics such as fire prevention (reaching A1 level standard), thermal insulation, anti-corrosion and mothproof, waterproof and moisture-proof, sound insulation and sound absorption, light weight, high strength, green and harmless, etc. It is more energy-saving, environmental protection, earthquake resistance and impact resistance than traditional boards. The main raw material of calcium silicate board is a kind of "waste"-quartz sand tailings. Energy saving of medium materials is to use green and low-carbon technology to "turn waste into treasure", rationally develop and scientifically utilize waste resources, eliminate pollution and solve environmental protection problems. In fact, low-carbon energy saving runs through the whole production process and even the whole life cycle of calcium silicate board.
