Good afternoon, everyone! It is a great pleasure to participate in the China Intelligent Manufacturing Brand Forum and the Central Enterprise High-end Equipment Manufacturing Innovation Achievement Exhibition. First of all, on behalf of China National Building Materials, I would like to congratulate the successful holding of this exhibition, and I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the leaders, experts and colleagues who have long cared about and supported the reform, innovation and development of China National Building Materials! Next, around the theme of this forum, combined with the actual situation of China's building materials, China's building materials industry high-end intelligent equipment innovation drive and brand building to talk about a few understanding.
Independent innovation is the only way for high-quality development of Chinese industrial enterprises
General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed: the key core technology is not to come, can not buy, can not get. For example, basic building materials cement, like many basic raw material industries in central enterprises, the development of China's cement industry is also a struggle history of persisting in innovation, from catching up to surpassing. Cement and cement equipment were first imported, and the cement plant was called a "foreign ash plant". After the founding of New China, China's cement industry has experienced five stages.

In the first stage, in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China, we studied the technology of cement production in vertical kilns and started with difficulty. In the second stage, during the recovery and development of the national economy, we developed technical equipment such as suspension preheating and decomposition outside the kiln, and built my country's first small new dry production equipment line. In the third stage, reform and opening up, on the basis of introducing foreign equipment, we digested, absorbed and re-innovated, and basically realized the localization of my country's new dry-process cement production line equipment, and generally followed. In the fourth stage, entering the new century, we have innovated and tackled tough problems. A batch of core equipment such as vertical mills, roller presses, and grate coolers have been completely localized and run side by side. Now is the fifth stage, entering a new era, we have built new dry intelligent demonstration lines such as Wuhu South, Huaikan South, Zunyi said and so on through system integration and intelligent re-innovation, reaching the international advanced level and leading the way. It can be seen from the figure that the independent innovation and self-reliance of cement technology and equipment have never stopped. What level have we reached today?
At present, China's cement consumption accounts for more than half of the world's total. CNBM has not only become the world's largest cement manufacturer, but also surpassed it in the field of cement technology and equipment. In the past, we bought foreign equipment, but now foreigners buy our equipment. Developed countries also use the intelligent production line technology and equipment integrated by China's building materials system to replace, update, upgrade and upgrade the original production line. It has undertaken 379 cement production lines in the world, with a market share of more than 65%, ranking first in the world for 13 consecutive years.
The development of cement technology and equipment is the epitome of the independent innovation of the building materials industry towards the first-class, and it is also the epitome of the innovative development of many raw materials industries. China Building Materials has been in a leading position in many new materials except cement, such as new glass materials, glass fiber, carbon fiber, wind turbine blades, gypsum board and so on. The large-scale industrialization technology of each new material and new process is almost integrated in the key core equipment. In this case, building a high-end equipment system with independent innovation has become the main battlefield that determines the future high-quality development of China's economy and Chinese enterprises.
Innovation-driven must adhere to the high unity of strategic rationality and economic rationality.
The cutting-edge high-end technology and equipment exhibited in this achievement exhibition demonstrated the phased results of China's high-quality economic development under the leadership of General Secretary Xi Jinping, and proved that state-owned enterprises have always been an important force in the innovation and development of China's industrial technology and equipment, and created for China., Chinese quality, Chinese brands have made the strongest sound. These high-end equipment is the needle of China's economy, the strategic significance is inestimable. As a strategic pillar force of the state-owned economy, central enterprises must take a long-term view of the overall situation, have the courage to do whatever it takes, be willing to be a ladder, break into no one's land, and do everything possible to serve the national strategy. At the same time, enterprises must first create market value. If they want to be internationally leading, they must find ways to make money. Only through market verification and good economic benefits can we continue to maintain world-class, better implement the party's policies, and better serve the country and the people. Otherwise, the company will not be sustainable if it crosses the national mission. This is what I often call the high degree of unity between strategic rationality and economic rationality. How to do it?
The practice of CNBM is to realize the national strategy in a market-oriented way and to maintain and increase the value of state-owned capital. We continue to study the national strategy in depth, study the market environment in depth, and study the characteristics of enterprises in depth, so that the visible hand and the invisible hand form a joint force to realize the trinity of the country, the market and the enterprise. Specifically, closely follow the development pattern and policy trend of the double cycle, focus on the frontier fields of inorganic non-metallic materials "stuck neck" technology and science and technology around the national strategic needs, and do a good job in winning the key scientific and technological projects, so as to provide strategic support for serving the scientific and technological progress of the country, industry and group; focus on the main battlefield of the national economy, break through the key links of industrialization, and develop a wide range of products, To provide economic support for the sustainable development of enterprises.
Take black gold carbon fiber as an example. It is a strategic new material and has been monopolized by a few companies such as Japan and the United States for a long time. China Building Materials has continuously invested a large amount of money for more than ten years, and finally independently conquered and systematically mastered T700, T800, M30, M35 kiloton and T1000, M40 kiloton technologies and equipment. It took the lead in realizing the autonomy of key technologies and core equipment of dry spray wet spinning in China, and won the first prize of national scientific and technological progress. Our carbon fiber has become a qualified supplier of the three fuselage sections of China Commercial Aircraft CR929 domestic large aircraft, and can cooperate with China Motor Vehicle to develop the overall car box of high-speed rail and high-speed rail. Central enterprises should insist on doing projects like this for a long time, because their impact and benefits are extremely far-reaching. Fortunately, our carbon fiber business has been sharpened for ten years and has been profitable since last year. The market application and capacity expansion are very good. We have built a base with an annual output of 20000 tons in Xining and are actively applying for the listing of the board.

Under the clear strategic guidance, China National Building Materials has developed a series of important new materials and new equipment to serve many industry enterprises and the overall national economy. For example, a batch of new materials and equipment such as high-performance glass fiber, 0.03mm flexible foldable glass, 5.0 neutral borosilicate medicinal glass, 8.5 generation TFT-LCD glass substrate, copper indium gallium selenium and cadmium telluride power generation glass, lithium battery diaphragm, etc. broke through the "stuck neck" blockade, realized industrial mass production, filled the domestic gap and created good economic benefits. The booming new materials business has become the engine of the transformation and upgrading of China's building materials. In 2020, it will achieve revenue of 80 billion billion yuan and profit of nearly 10 billion yuan, accounting for 19% and 34% of the group's total revenue and profit respectively.
Through the breakthrough and development of high-end materials and intelligent equipment, we have strengthened strategic cooperation with many enterprises in the fields of new energy, construction, transportation, aviation and so on, realizing the high unity of national strategy and enterprise strategy, the complementary advantages of cross industry and cross region, and the high coincidence of enterprise strategic advantages and market advantages, which has opened up an effective path of innovation driven strategy and sustainable and sound development, it has played a good role in promoting the development of the national economy.
Accelerate China's creation and establish a strong international brand influence
Brand is the comprehensive embodiment of the competitiveness of enterprises and even countries, and it is also an important resource to participate in economic globalization. General Secretary Xi Jinping has always attached great importance to brand building. As early as 2008, when Comrade Xi Jinping listened to the report on the overseas projects of China Building Materials during his visit to Saudi Arabia, he pointed out: I hope that Chinese engineers can emphasize quality and credibility, strive to create a Chinese brand, and establish a Chinese image. In 2014, General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed three changes, including "from Chinese products to Chinese brands". Today, SASAC chose to launch the "China Brand Day" on May 10, which also reflects the great importance it attaches to the brand building of central enterprises.
The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to build a world-class enterprise with global competitiveness. World-class enterprises must have world-class brands. But how can we have global competitiveness? Only go out, go in, and dance with the world's first-class outstanding enterprises on the same stage, which is widely recognized in the global competition and cooperation. Therefore, the brand must have the strength to do the foundation, we must seize the opportunity to build a double cycle, in the fierce market competition to increase strong strength, enhance soft power, and finally build an international brand.

The six Egyptian GOE clinker production lines we have undertaken are the largest cement project built at the same place, at the same time and at the same time in the world cement industry so far. It is known as the "pyramid" of world cement and won the Luban Award, the highest award in the field of national engineering construction, and the National Gold Award for High-quality Engineering.
Soft power is the attraction of enterprises. Enterprises should actively fulfill their social responsibilities such as honesty and trustworthiness, legal operation, environmental protection, resource conservation, public welfare and charity, go into the community, build a localized brand communication network, and pay attention to image shaping, injection of excellent ideas and cultural integration in every word and deed of enterprises. For example, China National Building Materials has always adhered to the three principles of win-win cooperation in participating in the construction of the "Belt and Road", namely, contributing to local development, cooperating with local enterprises, and getting along well with local residents.
