On May 7, 2021, Cao Jianglin, deputy secretary of the Party committee and general manager of China National Building Materials Group, met with Xue Hongshun, deputy director of the Standing Committee of Karamay Municipal People's Congress, and his party at the group headquarters. Wei Rushan, member of the Standing Committee of the Party committee and deputy general manager of the group, and Ma Mingliang, Secretary of the Party committee, chairman and President of Sinoma Energy Saving Co., Ltd., attended the meeting.

Before the discussion, Xue Hongshun and his entourage visited the exhibition hall of China Building Materials Group, learned about the group's development history and industrial development, and spoke highly of the group's achievements in recent years.
Cao Jianglin welcomed Xue Hongshun and his party. Ma Mingliang briefly introduced the business performance of Sinoma energy conservation and the development of new equipment, new engineering and new materials.
Xue Hongshun focused on the economic development of Karamay City and the construction of the local industrial electricity system. Karamay is an important petroleum and petrochemical base in the country, and Wuerhe District is a new industrial zone in Karamay. Relying on the vast land resources and the unique solar energy resources of Xinjiang, with the support of the autonomous region and the municipal government, efforts are being made to build an integrated industrial power system of source, network, load and storage, and create a good industrial foundation. Xue Hongshun expressed the hope that Sinoma Energy Conservation will give full play to its technological advantages in related fields and use the resources of Haoke City to jointly promote the development of the local new energy industry.
Both parties expressed the hope that in the future, they will make full use of the unique geographical resource advantages of Keshi and the advantages of China's building materials industry to further cooperate in the use of new energy and the construction of a new green and low-carbon energy system to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
