On June 15, Chen Ruifeng, member of the Standing Committee of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Xining Municipal Party Committee, visited China Building Materials Group. Zhou Yuxian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, met with Chen Ruifeng and his party. Li Xinhua, member of the Standing Committee of the Party committee and vice chairman of the group, Wei Rushan, member of the Standing Committee of the Party committee and deputy general manager, and Xiao Xiangdong, vice mayor of Xining City, attended the meeting.

Zhou Yuxian welcomed the visit of Chen Ruifeng and his entourage, and expressed gratitude to the Xining Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government for their long-term care and support for the enterprises affiliated to China Building Materials. He introduced the development and operating performance of the three major business sectors of China National Building Materials Group, focusing on the group's development plan to promote the transformation and upgrading of new materials, especially carbon fiber business. The group's enterprises in Qinghai must conscientiously implement the important instructions of General Secretary Jinping during his inspection of Qinghai, earnestly fulfill the political and social responsibilities of central enterprises, earnestly do a good job in safe production and environmental protection, and jointly promote the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. He said that the group will, as always, support the development of carbon fiber industry in Xining and hope that both sides will actively expand cooperation space on the basis of mutual benefit and win-win results.

He said that the successful construction of the carbon fiber project in Xining benefited from the joint active promotion of both parties.
