At the signing ceremony, Zhan Yanjing, on behalf of the board of directors, signed an appointment agreement, annual and term operating performance responsibility letters with Ma Mingliang. Ma Mingliang signed relevant agreements with management members respectively, making contractual agreements on the term of office, scope of responsibilities, annual and term performance responsibility indicators, assessment contents and methods, salary fulfillment, exit mechanism, etc. Member enterprises at all levels are required to sign contracts. Sinoma Energy Conservation became the first secondary company in the group to complete the signing of the "Two Books and One Agreement" for all secondary enterprises.

Zhan Yanjing and Wei Rushan delivered speeches respectively, congratulating Sinoma Energy Saving as the first enterprise in the group to complete the signing of the "two books and one agreement", and fully affirming Sinoma Energy Saving's meticulous organization and timely, efficient and high-quality promotion of reform work.
