On the afternoon of May 27, Sinoma Energy Conservation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinoma Energy Conservation") and Chongqing Guorui Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guorui Holding Group") held a strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony. Liu Xidi, deputy secretary of the party committee and vice chairman of Sinoma Energy Conservation, and Yang Jun, vice president of Guorui Holding Group, signed the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" on behalf of both parties.

Guorui Holding Group is a diversified and comprehensive enterprise group integrating engineering construction, construction technology, construction industry, real estate development, business travel management, and property management. In recent years, it has actively responded to the government's call to "promote prefabricated buildings and develop green buildings". Relying on the established architectural design institute, prefabricated building research institute, prefabricated industrial base, post-doctoral research station and other research and development institutions, vigorously develop the prefabricated construction industry, it has formed a development model of the whole industry chain integrating technological innovation, product research and development, standardized design, information management, intelligent manufacturing and intelligent construction.
According to the agreement, the two sides will cooperate in technology research and development, business and project levels around building energy conservation, new material application and clean energy utilization, and establish a comprehensive and in-depth partnership. The first is to jointly develop calcium silicate board products and installation process standards and specifications such as bottom formwork-free steel bar truss floor bearing plates, combined enclosure and thermal insulation integrated exterior walls, and decorative integrated interior wall panels; the second is to strengthen industry-university-research cooperation, carry out technological innovation around cutting-edge topics, jointly carry out scientific research, and share technological achievements; the third is to cooperate in building energy conservation, clean energy utilization design, consulting and project implementation to jointly build demonstration projects; the fourth is to jointly develop the construction field, energy-saving industry, and new building materials market to achieve information exchange and benefit sharing.
