On the morning of September 29, Sinoma Energy Conservation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinoma Energy Conservation") and Beijing Heleng Habitat Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Heleng Habitat Technology") held a strategic signing ceremony in Beijing. Sinoma Energy Conservation Chairman Zhang Qi and Heng Habitat Technology Chairman Zhang Can signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of both parties. Before the signing ceremony, the two sides held friendly talks.
