From June 21 to 25 and from June 28 to July 2, the first and second training courses for reserve talents of chief accountants of China Building Materials Group were held in Xiamen University. Sun Lishi, deputy secretary of the group's party committee, Zhan Yanjing, member of the standing committee of the party committee and chief accountant, and Guangzhao Yu, secretary of the board of directors and assistant to the general manager, attended the two training courses and had special exchanges with the students.

The curriculum covers leadership improvement, corporate governance, investment and financing mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis and financial risk control, etc. The aim is to provide strong financial management talents and skills support for the high-quality development of the group.
Zhan Yanjing congratulated the group's first chief accountant reserve talents at the opening ceremony, and shared with everyone the core tasks of financial management and the quality of financial leaders under the guidance of the group's "4335" guiding principles and the "14th Five-Year Plan.

In combination with the general situation of the development of the group, Guangzhao Yu mainly explained the operation mode of the board of directors of the group, the corporate governance structure and the management of the dispatched directors and supervisors, interpreted the management methods of the proposal of the group funded enterprises, and explained and suggested the role that the chief accountant and the head of the financial department should play in the corporate governance and the operation of the board of directors.
A total of 154 reserve talents of the first chief accountant of the group participated in the training.
