On July 23, Cao Jianglin, deputy secretary of the party committee and general manager of China Building Materials Group, met with Tan Jiong, vice governor of Guizhou Province, and his party at the group headquarters. Wei Rushan, member of the Standing Committee of the Party committee and deputy general manager of the group, and Zhang Yan, Deputy Secretary General of Guizhou provincial government, attended the meeting. The two sides held discussions and exchanges on promoting strategic cooperation and investment project construction.

Cao Jianglin welcomed Tan Jiong and his entourage and expressed his gratitude to the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government for their strong support to China National Building Materials Group and its affiliated enterprises. He briefly introduced the development of the group's production and operation, basic building materials, new materials, and engineering and technical services, as well as the group's enterprises and industries in Guizhou. He said that China National Building Materials Group and Guizhou Province have a good foundation for cooperation and will increase investment in new building materials, new glass materials and other industries in the future. It is hoped that the two sides will work together to deepen the supply-side structural reform of the cement industry, establish and maintain a good industry ecology, and achieve win-win development.
Tan Jiong congratulated China National Building Materials Group on its achievements in reform, development and production and operation, and thanked the group for its long-term support for the development of Guizhou Province and its contribution to local economic development.
