Recently, the coal-fired units of Pakistan DG KHAN HUB 1*30MW coal-fired power station 1*10MW waste heat self-contained power station project contracted by Sinoma Energy Saving Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinoma Energy Saving") passed the 72-hour performance examination and obtained the acceptance certificate at one time.
In June 2019, Sinoma Energy Conservation and Pakistan DG KHAN Cement Group signed the Karachi HUB Cement Line 30MW self-contained power station project. For the first time at home and abroad, the 30MW coal-fired power station of the project adopts a high-temperature and ultra-high-pressure reheat thermal system, which will greatly improve the overall thermal efficiency of the power station and reduce coal consumption and production costs. Compared with the regular high temperature and high pressure system, the system is expected to reduce standard coal consumption by about 10400 tons, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 23700 tons, and increase cement production by about 18100 tons per year.
The project conducted a 72-hour coal-fired power plant performance assessment in accordance with the contract. During this period, the operation rate of steam turbine generator set is 100, the automatic input rate of thermal control is 100, the input rate of protection device is 100, and the input rate of thermal control instrument is more than 95%. The vibration expansion of the main engine shaft is within the allowable range, the turbine regulation and control system is normal, the vacuum system is tight, the quality of lubricating oil and control oil is up to standard, the quality of steam and water is qualified, and the auxiliary equipment such as circulating water and chemical water are in normal operation. So far, Pakistan's DG KHAN HUB 1*10MW waste heat power station and 1*30MW coal-fired power station projects have all completed power generation and performance assessment in accordance with the contract. All performance indicators are better than the contract guarantee value, and all emission indicators are lower than the local emission standards.
The successful completion of the project is a major achievement of Sinoma's deep cultivation of Pakistan's power industry, further consolidating its leading position in the local market, another proof of the company's strength, technical level and team spirit, and laying a solid foundation for the company to expand its brand influence and continue its good reputation in the international market.
