After winning the bid for the EPC general contract project of the waste heat power generation technology transformation project of Guangzhou yuebao cement co., ltd., Sinoma energy conservation successively won the bid for the 4000t/d clinker cement production line supporting waste heat power station project of duyun shangfeng southwest cement co., ltd. and the 5000t/d new dry intelligent cement clinker production line supporting pure low temperature waste heat power generation project of Mudanjiang north far east cement co., ltd. The above two projects are equipped with 1 kiln head waste heat boiler, 1 kiln tail waste heat boiler and 1 set of 9MW pure low temperature steam turbine generator set.
After the completion of these two projects, the comprehensive energy consumption level of the cement line will be greatly reduced, and significant economic benefits will be brought to the owners. At the same time, the application of pure low-temperature waste heat power generation technology in the cement industry can effectively reduce carbon dioxide emissions, and play a positive role in promoting the scientific implementation of carbon peak, carbon neutralization requirements and the realization of efficient energy utilization.
