Sinoma Energy recently conducted special training for its affiliated enterprises Wuhan Building Materials Industry Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuhan Building Materials Institute") and Sinoma Energy Conservation (Wuhan) Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Energy Saving Wuhan"). Huang Jianfeng, Vice President of Sinoma Energy Conservation and Secretary of the Board of Directors, Cheng Lixia, Deputy Minister of Securities Investment Department, and Ma Lin, Director of Securities Affairs, respectively gave in-depth explanations on investment development, information disclosure, and corporate governance.

Huang Jianfeng focused on strategic planning and investment development ideas, investment principles, investment procedures, negotiation strategies, valuation methods, wind control points, listed company acquisition cases and so on. We are required to actively promote the implementation of relevant industrial strategies in accordance with the strategic direction and arrangements determined by the company.
Cheng Lixia conducted training on the investment system of China National Building Materials Group and Sinoma Energy Conservation, combined with the company's specific investment projects, systematically explained the investment-related procedures and regulatory requirements, and realized both the explanation of the system and the interpretation of actual operations.
Ma Lin conducted training on information disclosure and corporate governance. Through a large number of rich cases, she vividly explained the requirements of regulatory agencies on information disclosure and corporate governance, and further improved everyone's understanding of information disclosure and corporate governance related rules.
At the end of the training, Huang Jianfeng stressed that the training is highly targeted, practical and operational, and the company will continue to carry out relevant special training in the future. He asked the affiliated enterprises to attach great importance to the study of relevant laws, regulations and systems, constantly standardize the management work of the company, and provide guarantee for the sustained, steady and standardized development of the company.
More than 30 members of the leadership team of the affiliated company, department heads and related employees participated in the training. They listened carefully, recorded carefully, and actively asked questions based on the outstanding problems encountered in actual work, and achieved good training results.
