Kaisheng Technology's super-large board borosilicate fireproof glass achieves stable mass production

On March 16, Fengyang Kaisheng Silicon Material Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Kaisheng Technology, successfully rolled off the production line and realized stable mass production of oversized borosilicate 4.0 fireproof glass, which marked another breakthrough in borosilicate production technology in Fengyang Kaisheng. At the beginning of 2022, Fengyang Kaisheng, relying on the scientific research platform of China Building Materials Research Institute of New Glass Materials, united with several borosilicate enterprises in Kaisheng, gathered all technical resources and formed a core technical team to organize 22 research and development projects around important links such as glass formula, process standardization, platinum channel system structure, tin pollution control, optimized cutting, quality defect control, etc. to fundamentally overcome the key technical problems of the production line. After more than two months of tackling key problems, 10mm × 4380mm × 2440 mm and 10 mm × 4500mm × 2440 mm super-large thick plate fireproof glass has been successfully rolled off the production line. At present, it has been applied to landmark buildings such as high-speed railway station and Convention and Exhibition Center in xiong'an new area, Shenzhen Airport, Turkish rail transit and Shanghai Central Building.

Wuhan Building Materials Institute successfully won the bid for the EPC general contracting project of aerated concrete slab of China Resources Cement (Fengkai) Co., Ltd.

Recently, Wuhan Building Materials Institute, which belongs to Sinoma Energy Saving, successfully won the bid for the EPC general contracting project of the first phase of the new 2 × 400000 m autoclaved aerated concrete plate/block project of China Resources Cement (Fengkai) Co., Ltd. This project is the largest contract amount of Wuhan Building Materials Institute in the field of new materials in recent years. This is not only a milestone in further deepening cooperation between Wuhan Building Materials Institute and China Resources Cement, but also a full manifestation of Wuhan Building Materials Institute's perseverance, accumulation and development in the aerated concrete industry.

Sinoma Construction Signed CIMAF Group West Africa 5000TPD Clinker Line Project

Recently, Sinoma Construction Company and CIMAF Group signed the EPC contract of 5000TPD clinker line in West Africa by means of cloud signing. The signing ceremony was held simultaneously in China and Morocco. Tong Lagou, executive director of the company, and Anas Sefrioui, president of CIMAF Group, jointly signed the contract. The project is a cement production line with a daily output of 5000 tons of clinker. It adopts the EPC "turnkey" general contracting mode. The scope of the project covers from raw material crushing to cement packaging and shipment. The scope of engineering services includes design, equipment and steel structure supply, civil engineering, installation, training and commissioning.

Vietnam Longcheng 6000t/d clinker cement production line rotary kiln smoothly closed

On March 13, Vietnam Longcheng 6000t/d clinker cement production line Φ5.4 × 72m rotary kiln, which was contracted by Sinoma International (Nanjing) and built by Suzhou Sinoma, was successfully closed, completing an important milestone node of the project and laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the project. The smooth closing of the big kiln marks a new stage in the construction of the Longcheng project. All members of the project department will continue to adhere to the principle of "no mistakes in epidemic prevention and production".
