Zhou Yuxian took "Sharing of International Operation Practice of Chinese Enterprises" as the theme, combined with the development practice of internal and external enterprises of the group, used scientific theories, vivid cases and detailed data to focus on the current situation and trend of Chinese enterprises' "going out", and the investment process and key points of mergers and acquisitions. He taught the strategic concept, professional tools, track selection, strategic decision-making and implementation, post-investment management and other contents respectively, it also puts forward requirements and suggestions for the international operation and global development of Sinoma International.
