On July 1, Chang Zhangli, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of China Building Materials Group, and his party visited Sinoma Energy Conservation Co., Ltd. At the meeting, Chang Zhangli listened carefully to Meng Qinglin, secretary of the party committee, chairman and acting president of Sinoma Energy Conservation, on the development of Sinoma Energy Conservation and its affiliated Wuhan Building Materials Institute and Energy Conservation Wuhan, the 14th Five-Year Plan, the completion of work in the first half of the year and the work plan for the second half of the year. He pointed out that the energy-saving work of Sinoma has been progressing steadily, and the achievements in the first half of the year are worthy of recognition. Regarding the next step, he put forward five requirements: First, it is necessary to actively integrate into the group's "14th Five-Year Plan" strategy, and strengthen communication and coordination with the group's internal enterprises., Give full play to the advantages of Sinoma Energy in the energy-saving and environmental protection industry, and integrate into the development of the group's cement business; the second is, cooperate with other new material products of the group, such as gypsum board of Beixin building materials; third, make use of the group's advantageous resources, effectively control costs and enhance competitiveness; fourth, measure the relationship between carrying out engineering business and industrial development at the same time; fifth, adhere to international development, "go out" and "go in", do a good job in localized operation, and realize circular development.

During the investigation, Chang Zhangli and his entourage visited the Wuhan Building Materials Institute and the corporate exhibition halls of Energy-saving Wuhan, and learned in detail about the business composition and development advantages of the two companies.
