On the eve of the Spring Festival in the Year of the Rat in 2020, a sudden outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia hit Wuhan and spread to the whole province of Hubei and the whole country. On January 23, 2020, Wuhan, Hubei Province, closed the city. In this heroic way, it successfully delayed the spread of the epidemic and bought time for the world. As one of the enterprises of China Building Materials in Hubei Province, Sinoma (Yichang) Energy Saving New Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Dangyang City, a subsidiary of Yichang, which has created good social and economic benefits for the local government. The main product is calcium silicate board series of green building materials.
On January 25, 2020, Yichang was closed throughout the city, and as of March 11, 2020, a total of 931 cases had been confirmed in Yichang City and 61 cases in Dangyang City.
