According to the "Regulations on Energy Conservation of Civil Buildings" (Order No. 530 of the State Council), "Regulations on Energy Conservation of Civil Buildings and Development of New Wall Materials in Jilin Province" and "Notice on the Collection of Catalogue of Promotion, Restriction and Prohibition of Use of Building Energy Conservation Technologies and Products in Jilin Province (2019)" (Ji Jianke [2019] No. 6) and other relevant regulations and requirements, our department organized relevant units and experts to carry out the compilation of the catalogue of promotion, restriction and prohibition of building energy-saving technologies and products in Jilin Province. The preparation work fully considered the climatic characteristics and economic conditions of our province, and conducted research and many meetings and discussions in combination with the actual situation of building energy conservation in Jilin Province. The Catalogue of Promotion, Restriction and Prohibition of Use of Building Energy Saving Technologies and Products in Jilin Province (2020 Edition) (see Annex) is hereby publicized until April 22, 2020.
During the publicity period, any unit or individual who has objections to the contents of the publicity may submit written opinions. The opinions of the unit shall be stamped with the official seal of the unit, and the personal opinions shall be signed with the real name, ID number and contact information, and sent by mail or fax to the Building Energy Conservation and Technology Department of the Provincial Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department.
