Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager to develop strategic plans, annual business plans and decomposition of work objectives at various stages;
Do a good job in production technology management, organize the formulation and improvement of various management systems, technical standards and operating procedures in production technology, and implement them well, improve the level of production technology management, and fully complete various production tasks and technical and economic indicators issued by the company;
Do a good job in production scheduling and command, coordinate and balance the production of the whole plant, achieve safe and stable long-term economic operation, and organize technical research on weak links and key problems that affect production for a long time;
Do a good job in equipment power management, safety and environmental protection, quality and technology, technical transformation and other work;
Responsible for the production system team training, talent incentive and echelon construction, to create a unified management concept and cultural values;
Preside over the production scheduling meeting, special meeting and various regular meetings, check and urge the implementation of the meeting, go deep into the workshop to do a good job in internal management, implement the monthly production and operation work plan, and do a good job in workshop cost accounting and assessment;

Conditions of appointment
Bachelor degree or above, major in material, mechanical, electrical and other related fields; not more than 45 years old;

Competition process
Declaration (November 14 to November 23, 2022, 17:00). Applicants fill in the "Application Form for Competition" (attachment) and send the electronic and signed scanned copies of the "Application Form for Competition" to the liupeiran@sinoma-ec.cn E-mail before 17:00 on November 23. It will not wait for the expiration date. Candidates shall be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the information filled in. Anyone who falsifies will be disqualified for interview and employment once verified.
Qualification review. The Organization Department of the Party Committee of the joint-stock company is responsible for the qualification examination and the statistics of the competitive personnel.
Competing for a speech. Applicants who pass the qualification examination are required to give a speech. The main contents of the speech include: 1. Their own conditions, advantages and reasons for competition. 2. Work ideas. 3. Measures to achieve the goal. The speech should not exceed 10 minutes.
The defense. The judges will ask questions on their own according to the situation of the candidates. The competition personnel answered the questions of the judges in turn.
Score statistics. The judges will score each competitor according to the speech and defense, and the organization department of the party Committee of the joint stock company will make statistics and summary after the meeting.
Organizational research. According to the statistics of competition scores, the candidates are determined. If they are promoted to positions, follow-up procedures such as inspection, soliciting opinions, discussion and decision, publicity, and conversation shall be performed in accordance with the management methods of leaders. In the case of a horizontal staff, the relevant appointment procedures shall be carried out.
