On the afternoon of June 2, China Building Materials Group organized the ministerial training course to hold the closing ceremony. Chang Zhangli, deputy secretary of the Party committee, employee director and chairman of the trade union of the group, attended the closing ceremony and delivered a speech. Zhang Zhiguang, vice president of Dalian Senior Manager College of China, attended the graduation ceremony and issued the graduation certificate to the students. The graduation ceremony was presided over by Miao Xiaoling, Minister (General Manager) of the Organization Department (Human Resources Department) of the Party Committee of the Group and Director of the Party and Mass Work Department.

In his speech, Chang Zhangli fully affirmed the effectiveness of this training and put forward three hopes and requirements for the organization and personnel cadres:

Second, we must persist in continuous learning and have the courage to blaze new trails.Enhance the sense of urgency and mission, improve learning skills and ability to perform duties, constantly adapt to the work requirements under the new situation, keep up with the pace of group development, strive to overcome difficulties, be determined to reform and innovate, and demonstrate the organization in the journey of building a world-class enterprise The wisdom of personnel cadres.
Third, we must strengthen the construction of work style and strictly abide by the bottom line.Set an example, temper a strong style of work, and firmly establish a correct view of power, status, and interests. Put discipline and rules in the forefront, and firmly hold the bottom line of resisting corruption and preventing degeneration. Vigorously inherit and carry forward the party's fine style of work, adhere to seeking truth from facts, pay attention to investigation and research.

This training closely follows the group's strategic goal of creating a world-class demonstration enterprise, and guides the organization and personnel minister to improve his political position, keep up with the group's strategic layout, adhere to systematic thinking and creative implementation, earnestly shoulder political responsibilities and strengthen his responsibility in performing his duties.
