On June 2, Zhou Yuxian, secretary of the party committee and chairman of China Building Materials Group, organized a training course for ministers of the group to give a video lecture in Beijing. The topic of the lecture was "enhancing the value creation of human resources and helping to build a world-class material industry investment group." During the lecture, Zhou Yuxian focused on the current situation and requirements of the group, systematically reviewed and learned the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on building a world-class enterprise, conveyed and interpreted the work deployment of the SASAC on building a world-class enterprise, and explained in detail The group's overall plan for building a world-class enterprise focuses on the main direction of human resource management benchmarking, it provides guidance for the organization and personnel department to carry out creative work in the journey of the group's construction of a world-class enterprise.
 
Zhou Yuxian focused on the theme of enhancing the value creation of human resources and helping to build a world-class enterprise, systematically clarifying the key responsibilities and mission requirements of organizing personnel work from four aspects.
