China Building Materials Project Won the National Quality Award for Excellence
On December 11, the 2020 China Quality Association Annual Meeting opened in Beijing. China Building Materials Engineering EPC construction of building materials electronic information display ultra-thin substrate project won the "National Quality Award Excellence Project Award". At the same time, there are 8 projects such as the Beidou 3 satellite system project and the first domestic aircraft carrier.
The National Quality Award is the highest honor for quality in China, as well as the Deming Award in Japan, the Baldrige National Quality Award in the United States, and the European EFQM Excellence Award. The "Outstanding Project Award" was established in 2012 and is selected every two years to recognize key projects and projects that have achieved outstanding results in quality management, technological innovation, energy conservation and emission reduction, resource utilization, operating efficiency and social responsibility.

Nanjing Fiberglass Institute Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Institute
Recently, Nanjing Glass Fiber Institute and State Power Investment Group Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. This signing is an important milestone for the two parties to jointly promote all-round cooperation in the field of nuclear power protection materials on the basis of the phased results of the joint research and development of the national major special project "High Performance Water Filter Element". It is also an important measure to implement the strategic cooperation agreement between China National Building Materials Group and the State Power Investment Group in July this year. The two sides will focus on nuclear-grade high-performance filter materials, fire insulation materials, lightweight anti-corrosion materials, solid waste capacity reduction and other key directions, jointly carry out material technology research, localization development, test evaluation and promotion and application.

Zhongfulianzhong obtained DNV GL certification
Recently, Zhongfulianzhong Wind Power Technology Co., Ltd. received the SHOP APPROVAL certificate issued by DNV GL, which indicates that the production and manufacturing of wind power technology B75 wind power blades has been certified by the world-class authority in the industry.
DNV GL is globally recognized as the most authoritative testing and certification body in the field of wind power certification. The Zhongfu Lianzhong certification project lasted eight months from the start to the certificate, during which it went through the evaluation and verification of the document system, management process, quality control and the whole production process, and finally successfully completed the certification. Since November 2018, the company started the first product production, the first blade successfully rolled off the production line in December of the same year, passed the ISO 9001 quality management system certification in September 2019, approved the Jiangsu Province enterprise intellectual property management implementation standard filing unit in September 2020, and selected in November Jiangsu Province to focus on the promotion and application of new technologies and new products catalog.

Sinoma Yichang won the title of "2019 National Top Ten Enterprises of Calcium Silicate/Fiber Cement Board"
Recently, the 2020 China Concrete Exhibition and China Concrete and Cement Products Industry Conference were held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. At the meeting, Sinoma Yichang was awarded the "2019 National Top Ten Calcium Silicate/Fiber Cement Board Enterprises".
Starting from 2016, Yichang will invest in two phases in dangyang city, Hubei province to build a production line with an annual output of 20 million ㎡ high-end calcium silicate board, 1 million ㎡ multi-functional multi-variety coated board and 1 million ㎡ external wall thermal insulation and decoration integrated composite board. After the second phase of 3# and 4# production lines are put into operation in 2021, Sinoma Yichang will become the largest calcium silicate board manufacturer in central China.

Hefei Shenma developed the largest domestic load submarine vertical cable machine successfully put into operation.
Recently, a new type of vertical cable forming machine independently developed by Hefei Shenma has been successfully put into use. This machine has filled many technical gaps in the field of major vertical cable forming equipment in my country. This machine is a submarine cable production equipment independently designed and manufactured by Hefei Shenma. It adopts a number of innovative technologies and is one of the major technological innovations of Hefei Shenma this year. The maximum carrying capacity of a single reel of the main cable core of the equipment is as high as 1000 tons, which is far higher than the 750 tons of the vertical cable forming machine imported from Germany. It can meet the production of high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage large-length intermediate unjoined submarine power cables and submarine photoelectric composite cables, and can also be used for umbilical cable production. The diameter of the filling strip coil of the equipment can reach 3.2 meters, and it also has the function of outputting 3 cables at the same time, which improves the cable transmission efficiency by 3 times.
