6. competition process

Organization launch (June 29). Mobilize cadres and workers, and issue notices, positions, job conditions, competition methods and steps through platforms such as OA, DingTalk, cadre groups, and company officials at all levels, so that everyone knows.
Declaration (June 30-July 4). Applicants fill in the "Application Form for Competitive Positions" and submit it to the Personnel Department of the Party Committee of the Joint Stock Company before 17:00 on July 4. They will not wait for the expiration date.
Qualification review. The Party Committee organizes the Personnel Department to be responsible for the qualification review and the statistics of competitive personnel.
Competing for a speech. Applicants who have passed the qualification examination will give a speech at the cadre and staff meeting. The main contents of the speech include:
1, their own conditions, advantages and reasons for competition.
2. Work ideas.
3. Measures to achieve the goal. The speech should not exceed 5 minutes.
Participants: competition personnel, judges, middle-level and above leading cadres of functional departments of Sinoma Energy Conservation Headquarters, team members of the subsidiary company in Tianjin, and not less than 20% of employee representatives.

Organizational research. According to the interview and democratic evaluation, the party committee determines the candidates.
