The base will adopt the latest scientific research results of China National Building Materials Group and Sinoma Energy Conservation, and operate solar energy, wind energy, industrial waste heat, industrial energy storage, and geothermal energy systems to become a new type of "source, network, load, and storage" electricity neutralization demonstration park. Sun Hujun introduced the relevant policies and measures of Tianjin on "carbon peak, carbon neutral", "coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei", and "promoting the construction of 'Belt and Road Initiative.
