As an enterprise in the field of basic building materials, China Building Materials Group plays an important role in participating in the construction of "Belt and Road Initiative", especially in the construction of Portuguese-speaking countries. The group has completed more than 3000 million tons of cement production line construction projects in Portuguese speaking countries such as Brazil and Angola, and 300 MW ground photovoltaic solar power station projects in Portugal. The completion of these projects has provided a strong impetus for promoting local infrastructure construction and economic development. In addition, the group has actively tried business transformation in Portuguese speaking countries, and has carried out cooperation in engineering construction and direct investment in the fields of photovoltaic building integration and green building materials. During the meeting, representatives of central enterprises signed contracts with representatives of Portuguese-speaking countries. Peng Shou, president of China National Building Materials Co., Ltd., and Francesco, executive president of Angola's Quantum Energy Solutions Company, signed an agreement on the EPC project of Angola's integrated photovoltaic energy storage power station on behalf of China National Building Materials Engineering and Quantum Energy respectively. After the completion of the project, it will become the first optical storage integration project in Angola and the largest optical storage integration project in Africa. A photovoltaic energy storage integrated power station system will be installed in 22 diamond mines under Endiama, Angola's largest state-owned diamond group, to replace local high-cost and polluting diesel power generation with clean and renewable solar power generation.
