On October 30, 2019, the People's Republic of China National Development and Reform Commission Order No. 29 "Industrial Structure Adjustment Guidance Catalog (2019)" was officially released. "Integrated composite boards for thermal insulation, decoration and other functions" were included in the industrial structure adjustment guidance catalog. Article 3, Item 12 of the product category, the building insulation and decoration integrated board industry was clarified. This is to encourage and support the development of the building insulation and decoration integrated board industry from the national strategic level. "Building insulation and decoration integrated board products" included in the "Industrial Structure Adjustment Catalog" provides policy guidance for the development of the integrated board industry, and has a milestone significance for the development of the building insulation and decoration integrated board industry to modern manufacturing.
The Catalogue for the Guidance of Industrial Structure Adjustment (2019) was deliberated and adopted at the 2nd Committee Meeting on August 27, 2019, and will come into force on January 1, 2020. A total of 48 industries were involved with 1477 items, including 821 encouraged items, 215 restricted items and 441 eliminated items. For encouraged projects, they shall be examined, approved or put on record in accordance with the relevant provisions; for restricted projects, new construction is prohibited, and the existing production capacity is allowed to be transformed and upgraded within a certain period of time; for eliminated projects, investment is prohibited and eliminated within the prescribed time limit.
