Organizational construction is an important basis for party building. Marx and Engels regarded the proletarian organization as an independent party as the primary condition for the proletarian revolution, and emphasized that the proletarian party must become a unified whole and must be composed of the most thorough and determined advanced elements. Lenin said: "in the struggle for political power, the proletariat has no other weapons except organization." The party's organizational line has undergone a long period of exploration. The implementation of the Party's organizational line in the new era requires the joint efforts of the whole Party.
