We should adhere to the normalization of epidemic prevention and control to accelerate the comprehensive restoration of production and living order, to solve the difficulties and problems facing the resumption of work and production, and strive to minimize the losses caused by the epidemic, to ensure the realization of the decisive victory to build a well-off society in an all-round way, the decisive fight against poverty target task.

All localities, especially the provinces around Hubei, should strengthen information communication and sharing and coordination of prevention and control measures, and achieve unified policies and consistent standards in personnel control and mutual recognition of health codes. We must continue to do a good job in the prevention and control of the epidemic in the capital. All localities should do a good job in the precise prevention and control of asymptomatic infections, tie up the epidemic prevention and control network more closely and firmly, and plug all loopholes that may lead to a rebound in the epidemic.

The meeting called for strengthening the prevention and control of epidemics at land and sea ports and speeding up the filling of weak links in foreign defense imports. It is necessary to do a good job in spring agricultural production, strengthen the monitoring and supervision of grain market prices, continue to do a good job in organizing the production and circulation of pork, fruits and vegetables and other non-staple foods, and ensure that market supply and prices are basically stable. It is necessary to strengthen the basic living security for the needy groups, appropriately raise the security standards such as urban and rural minimum living allowances and pension subsidies, include those who are in trouble due to the epidemic and illness into the scope of assistance, issue temporary living subsidies to areas seriously affected by the epidemic, and start the linkage mechanism of relevant price subsidies in a timely manner.
