Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of the People's Republic of China and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, recently gave important instructions to the army to do a good job in the prevention and control of the pneumonia epidemic caused by the new coronavirus infection.

Xi Jinping pointed out that after the outbreak of pneumonia infected by the new coronavirus in Wuhan, Hubei Province and other areas, our army resolutely implemented the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee, quickly launched the joint prevention and control work mechanism, and urgently drew a group of elite troops to the front line of epidemic prevention and control.
