Recently, I studied the book "Xi Jinping in Zhengding" and relived Comrade Xi Jinping's passionate years in Zhengding through the lines. More than 30 years ago, Comrade Xi Jinping came to Zhengding with a heart to serve the country. In just over three years, he traveled to every village in the county, seeking ideas, solving problems, listening to the voices of the people, and doing practical things, so that Zhengding was full of new vitality. Earth-shaking changes have taken place. I am deeply moved and encouraged by this love for the party, the people and the cause.

Learn to be loyal to the party and serve the country with one's body, and engrave loyalty to the party in one's heart. Comrade Xi Jinping took the initiative to give up the superior conditions in Beijing and came to Zhengding, determined to do some real things for the grassroots people, and spent more than 3 years in Zhengding. In Zhengding, he once said, "Just thinking about living a comfortable life is a mediocre pursuit. I am ready to enter the 'sea of bitter". Exploring this mental journey and ideological trajectory is precisely his loyalty to the party's cause, which allows him to move forward in a difficult environment. We should learn from this firm belief in promising the party and the country by ourselves, guard our "spiritual position" in the turbulent tide of the times, start from ourselves, cultivate political determination, cultivate political insight, abide by political rules, and consciously be a wise and honest man in politics.

Learn from the people's feelings of not changing at first sight and loving the masses, and put the people's warmth and coldness into your heart. After carefully reading Comrade Xi Jinping's Zhengding past, it is not difficult to find that the people-centered development thought has already sprouted. In the era of the beginning of the reform, he resolutely chose to go to Zhengding, that is, to do practical things for the common people and to work hard to change the face of poverty and backwardness in China. After arriving in Zhengding, he tried every means to understand how the people's lives were and how the people's income was. From reducing the amount of grain purchases to developing the commodity economy, he changed the old appearance of Zhengding's "high-yield and poor counties" and gave the people tangible benefits. The reason why the people of Zhengding regard him as the secretary of the county party committee who will never step down is because he has won the trust and love of the masses with concrete actions. What the people want, what the government wants. We should always ask ourselves: do we really have feelings with the masses? Do we always think about the masses? How can we make the masses more satisfied? We must always be flesh and blood with the masses, and do whatever the masses need, enjoying the happiness of the people and worrying about the worries of the people.

Learn the responsibility of being diligent, pragmatic and enterprising, and take the lead in carrying the responsibility on your shoulders. Only when it is difficult can one show courage and perseverance; only when it is honed can one achieve success. At the beginning of Zhengding's work, in the face of various problems, Comrade Xi Jinping carried out in-depth investigations and studies, humbly asked the people for advice, and quickly grasped the main contradictions faced by Zhengding at that time. "Type" economic development ideas, vigorously develop the commodity economy and township enterprises, so that the people of Zhengding embarked on the road of getting rid of poverty and becoming rich. We should, like Comrade Xi Jinping in Zhengding, dare to take risks and promote reform, stand high and down-to-earth, grasp the key points and make overall plans, optimize the top-level design of county development with strategic thinking, and lead party members and cadres to strengthen their sense of responsibility. establish a spirit of responsibility, dare to grasp and manage in the face of contradictions, dare to gnaw "hard bones", risk out in the face of risks, do real work, strive to promote high-quality economic and social development.
