All central urban areas, Wuhan East Lake New Technology Development Zone, Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, City East Lake Eco-tourism Scenic Area, Wuhan Airport Economic and Technological Development Zone, Yangtze River New City, New City People's Government, Urban Development Zone, Wuhan Panlong City All new civil buildings within the economic development zone, Wuhan Yangluo Economic Development Zone, and Sino-French Wuhan Ecological Demonstration City should adopt prefabricated building standards for planning, design and construction.

The target tasks for the application area of newly started assembly-type civil buildings, industrial buildings and municipal infrastructure in each district are detailed in Annex 2.

2. Fabricated steel structures are preferred for industrial buildings. The industrial construction area of the city using prefabricated steel structure is not less than 1.5 million square meters.
3. The application area of subway tunnel enclosure structure shall not be less than 1.5 million square meters; the application area of municipal infrastructure such as urban road non-motorized vehicle lanes, drainage pipe network, urban road bridges, and comprehensive pipe corridors shall not be less than 500000 square meters.
4. Vigorously promote the demonstration of assembly-type construction projects. Each district to determine the assembly-type construction project demonstration not less than 2.
The following new civil buildings in (III) may not be constructed by assembly.
1. Civil buildings with a planned total construction area of less than 5000 square meters and ancillary facilities of construction projects;
2. Construction projects that exceed the maximum applicable height specified in the relevant technical standards for prefabricated buildings;
3. Residential buildings with concrete structures with a height of more than 100 meters (excluding 100 meters);
4. Sales offices, clubs (activity centers), kindergartens, shops and other independent supporting buildings with non-residential functions in residential building projects, and the following two conditions are all met: ① the total above-ground construction area of supporting buildings shall not exceed 10000 square meters; ② the above-ground construction area of single buildings in supporting buildings shall not exceed 3000 square meters;
